We will track your R.S.V.P.s and who will be attending.
We can assist with selecting wedding attire & accessories.
We will find, negotiate and book suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer,
videographer, musicians, etc.)
We will help with vendor contracts and coordinate with the vendors.
Marriage license information will be provided.
We will plan the ceremony.
Prepared itineraries & seating lists will be provided.
We will attend and oversee the rehearsal (up to two hours).
Instruction will be given to the attendants about their duties.
We will direct the processionals, recessionals and receiving line.
We will plan the reception.
We can coordinate the collection of gifts received on the wedding day.
We will provide wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours).
